Our retail store will be reopening on 1st November 2021 and in line with the new NSW COVID-19 rules.
As we continue to prioritise the safety and the health of all staff and customers that visit our store. We kindly like to remind our customers and staff to abide by the following COVID safe rules whilst shopping in store.
- QR code check-in is required upon entry
- Persons aged 16 years and over will only be permitted to enter our stores if they are fully vaccinated or have a medical exemption. You will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon entry
- Please wear a fitted facemask at all times whilst at the Manchester Factory
- Sanitiser is available upon entry to the store
- To always maintain a social distance of 1.5 M from others including staff
- Please abide by our store maximum of 20 customers at any given time
- If you are feeling unwell we please ask you to stay home and get tested for COVID
Our staff at the Manchester Factory are fully committed to taking the following steps to minimise any risk of exposure to COVID 19,
- We apply the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our store by regularly wiping down all tables, benches, doors, computers, phones and terminals with antibacterial spray or wipes
- At all times our staff are to wear face masks
- Any staff member who is unwell and has symptoms of COVID 19 are encouraged to stay home and get tested
- When dealing with cash and after every transaction staff are encouraged to wash hands using hands sanitised
