Manchester Factory is a family owned Australian business that prides itself in selling affordable high quality manchester, bed sheets, bed linens and homewares at the best prices in Sydney all out of one Manchester Warehouse.


Our humble beginning started in a Manchester warehouse in Alexandria in the early 2000's where we sold Manchester directly out of the cartons the stock came in.


We had one brand in those days to now where we stock over 30 brands from big brand names such as Sienna Living, Linen House, Sheridan & Tontine to smaller less known direct importer brands.


We have since closed our Alexandria location and now also our Marrickville retail location. We now operate as an online only business out of a big warehouse also based in Marrickville, NSW.

How do you care for these sheets?

It’s important for you to care for your new bamboo cotton sheets correctly so that they last and you don’t damage the fabric.

We recommend that you wash your bamboo cotton sheets in cold water - not doing so may shrink your sheets. It is also very important to wash your sheets separately to anything else to prevent pilling.


Avoid washing your sheets with towels and blankets as this will cause them to pill. Use a mild, liquid, biodegradable detergent. Or, if you prefer powder, make sure it has dissolved before adding your bamboo sheets to the wash. We do not recommend using bleach, as they are usually packed with toxic chemicals. Fabric softener is not necessary with these sheets and not recommended as you may damage the sheets.


We recommend that you line dry your sheets to preserve the fibres. Adding heat may cause shrinkage. If you must use the dryer please use a low heat and a low or gentle tumble cycle.

Manchester Factory stands behind the quality and comfort of our bed sheets. We want our customers to be entirely delighted with their purchase, which is why we provide a 90-day risk-free trial.


If you are not pleased with your bed sheets for any reason within 90 days of purchase, you may return them for a full refund or exchange. The following are the policy's terms and conditions:


This policy only applies to Sienna Living Bamboo Egyptian cotton bed sheet set collection purchased directly from Manchester Factory online within Australia.

Timeframe: The trial term lasts 90 days from the date of purchase.


Return procedure: To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer care staff through email.

Refunds and exchanges: We will conduct a refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the returned bed sheets and verifying that they are the product that was purchased.


Shipping expenses: All shipping fees related with the return or replacement of the bed linens are the responsibility of the buyer.


Limitations: This policy allows for a single return or exchange per household. This policy will only apply to the first purchase of this range per household.
