About Checkout+
Checkout+ offers two ways to give you extra peace of mind with your order:
Checkout+ Free Returns & Package Protection (Australia Only)
When you select this option, you’ll enjoy free returns or exchanges on eligible items, plus full package protection against loss, theft, or damage. If your order contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, only the qualifying products can be returned or exchanged, but package protection applies to everything.
Checkout+ Package Protection Only
If your order contains items not eligible for return or exchange (such as sale, outlet, or hygiene-sensitive products), you’ll still get package protection for your whole order, even though free returns won’t apply to those items.
Terms & Conditions:
Please note: Sale, outlet, and hygiene-sensitive items (including pillows, quilts, mattress protectors, and electric blankets) are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order contains any of these items, Checkout+ free returns and exchanges will only apply to eligible products in your purchase, but package protection will still cover your entire order.
