Manchester Factory Online is shipping orders only within Australia currently.
We currently deliver to all of Australia except Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island and Hamilton Island. If orders are made to these locations we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Shipping Australia wide is $11.95.
Free shipping is offered for all orders over $100*.
*Brand Partner fulfilled items are exempt from the free shipping promotion. Any item(s) ordered from a brand partner will incur a flat $11.95 shipping fee as the items are dispatched directly from our brand partners warehouse. More information can be found on the product page of each item.

Please Note: We're based in Sydney and all of our logistic partners are experiencing congestion within their delivery networks causing delays due to the COVID lockdown in NSW. Please try be understanding of the situation and patient with your orders as they will arrive but may be slightly delayed.
Estimated Shipping Times
We endeavor to process orders within 24 hours of being placed however during high peak and sale periods it may take up to 48 hours for orders to be processed.
All weekend orders placed from mid-day Friday to Sunday evening are dispatched on Monday.
Below are the worst case estimated transit times from order dispatch.
Sydney Metro - 1-2 Days
New South Wales - 2-3 Days
Victoria - 2-3 Days
Adelaide - 2-3 Days
Queensland - 2-3 Days / Carins please allow up to 4 days.
Western Australia - 7-10 Days
Tasmania - 2-4 Days
Please note the delivery time estimates are worst case and usually deliveries will arrive much sooner. Please keep in mind that orders placed in public holiday periods may be delayed a further day or two due to the increase back log of orders and non-operation of the courier companies.
We use Startrack Express, Auspost & Sendle courier networks which provide a fully traceable and scanning logs for your peace of mind.
Po Box/Parcel Locker addresses will be sent via Auspost for non bulky orders only.
If you place an order which we deem bulky and provide a Po Box/Parcel Locker address we will hold your order until we are able to contact you for an address update.
All orders are marked with an authority to leave to the parcel unless advised otherwise. If you live in a unit or shared premises please advise of an alternative address as in most cases the couriers will be unable to leave parcels at your address due to access issue and/or the address being unsafe for the parcel to be left.
In the case of the parcel being return to us due to incorrect address, non-response or any other reason deemed to be the customers fault will result in a re-sending fee required to be paid before being re-sent.
Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Bulky item shipping charges may apply on some items such as mattress toppers, bulky quilts, comforters, bedspreads, king pillows and other large cubic products. The below charges will be added at the checkout.

Brand partner fulfilled orders
Items dispatched directly from our brand partners will be subject to individual handling and delivery times. For further information on estimated delivery times for a brand partner fulfilled item please select the more information link on the product page found under the add to cart button. Brand partner fulfilled items are not available for click and collect.
Local Pick Up at Marrickville Store Front (Click & Collect)
Local pick up is now available from our Marrickville store front which is located at 223 Marrickville Rd NSW 2204 (next to Oporto's and 7/11). Please note brand partner fulfilled items are excluded from click and collect.
Pick up is available from our Marrickville Store Front:
Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm
IMPORTANT: Please wait for an email to confirm your order is ready for pick up before attending the store. Pick ups normally will take 24 hours to be processed and transferred from our warehouse to the store front. You must show id or the order confirmation to pick up your order.

Where Is My Parcel
We recommend you follow the steps below before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived yet.
When you purchase from Manchester Factory your email address is allocated to the shipped order.
You will be emailed a shipping notification from Manchester Factory which will include your tracking number and logistic partner details so you may track your parcels journey. You will also be emailed directly from the logistics partner the tracking details as a secondary tracking source. Please use the information in these emails to keep up to date on your parcels journey.
If you have not received any emails with the above information please check your junk mail and confirm if the correct email was provided to us at checkout.
If for some reason your parcel is delayed or missing it is always best to open a direct late parcel enquiry directly with the logistic partner to ensure that your delivery issues are resolved quickly.
If your pre-order item is part of a larger order, we will wait for the pre-order item to arrive before we ship your whole order.
If you want your in-stock items delivered before your pre-ordered items, just complete your pre-order separately.
Dispatch dates & Stock Shortages:
The dispatched date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays and supplier shortages. Of course, we will keep you up-to-date.
If an order is ever impacted by a stock shortage, we will contact you and provide either a full refund or the option to hold your pre-order until additional stock is delivered.
If you place a pre-order then wish to cancel the order at any stage before the dispatch occurs it will be considered as a change of mind cancellation. All pre-order cancellations will be refunded as online store credits only for the total order amount.
Online Order Cancellations
If you have submitted an order and received a confirmation email from Manchester Factory and you wish to cancel your order please email email@example.com. Please title the email as "Urgent Cancellation" so it is not missed. If cancellation email is not received by 7.00am day of dispatch order may not be cancelled.
