Shipping Information

Manchester Factory Online is shipping orders only within Australia currently.

We currently deliver to all of Australia except Northern Territory, Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Lord Howe Island and Hamilton Island. If orders are made to these locations we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

Shipping Australia wide is $11.95. Free shipping is offered for all orders over $100*.

*Bulky items may incur a bulky item charge at the checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of being placed however during high peak and sale periods it may take up to 48 hours for orders to be processed.

All weekend orders placed from mid-day Friday to Sunday evening are dispatched on Monday.

Below are the estimated transit times from order dispatch.

Sydney Metro - 1 Day

New South Wales - 2-3 days

Victoria - 2-3 Days

Adelaide - 2-3 Days

Queensland - 2-3 Days / Carins please allow up to 4 days.

Western Australia - 7-10 Days

Tasmania - 2-4 Days

Please note the delivery time estimates are worst case and usually deliveries will arrive much sooner. Please keep in mind that orders placed in public holiday periods may be delayed a further day or two due to the increase back log of orders and non-operation of the courier companies.

Our logistic shipment partners are experiencing high volumes of parcels currently which may delay the delivery of your order. Please allow additional days for deliveries due to this. We recommend that you also keep an eye on your tracking details which will be emailed to your order email on dispatch.

If you're experiencing delays outside the delivery time please submit an enquiry directly with our logistic partner via the logistics tracking page. Due to a high volume of emails we're experiencing it will quicker for you to submit this.

We use Startrack Express, Auspost & Sendle - fully traceable courier system for your peace of mind.

Regional orders will be serviced by Startrack whilst all metro orders by Sendle. If you prefer your order to be sent via Startrack please advise in the comment section whilst checking out.

PO BOX/Parcel Locker addresses will be sent via Auspost for non bulky orders only. If you place an order which we deem bulky and provide a PO BOX/Parcel Locker address we will hold your order until we are able to contact you for an address update.

All orders will have authority to leave automatically applied to the parcel unless advised otherwise. If you live in a unit or shared premises please advise where to leave the parcel as the courier company will leave the parcel at the premises if no one is home.

We will not be accountable for items which are delivered to the premises but then not found by the buyer. If you do not have a safe place to leave the item then please supply another address such as a business address in which an item can be left. 

Startrack Express, Auspost & Sendle are not associated with us. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact Startrack Express, Auspost or Sendle with your tracking number.

Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Bulky Items

*Bulky item shipping charges may apply on some items such as mattress toppers, bulky quilts, comforters, bedspreads, king pillows and other large cubic products. The below charges will be added at the checkout.

Local Warehouse Pick Up

Local pick up is now available from our Marrickville warehouse which is located at 10 Mitchell St Marrickville NSW 2204.

Pick up is available from our warehouse Monday - Friday during 10am - 3pm.

Please wait for an email to confirm your order is ready for pick up before attending the warehouse. See the front office for all local pickups.

Where Is My Parcel

We recommend you follow the steps below before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived yet. This will be always be quicker than having us trying to chase this for you.

When you purchase from Manchester Factory your email address is allocated to the shipped order.

You will be emailed a shipping notification from Manchester Factory which will include your tracking number and logistic partner details so you may track your parcels journey. You will also be emailed directly from the logistics partner the tracking details as a secondary tracking source. Please use the information in these emails to keep up to date on your parcels journey.

If you have not received any emails with the above information please check your junk mail. 

If for some reason your parcel is delayed or missing it is always best to open a direct late parcel enquiry directly with the logistic partner to ensure that your delivery issues are resolved quickly.


Any orders placed with a pre-order item will be held till that pre-ordered item has arrived. We can not part ship orders which have a pre-order item in it. If you wish to purchase a pre-order item and order in stock items at the same time we advise you to place separate orders so there will be no delay in your order.

Pre-order dispatch dates provided on product pages are estimates. Please note there maybe pre-orders in which are delayed at times and are dispatched after the estimated date due to shipping delays. We do our best to ensure we provide an accurate dispatch date but unfortunately there can be external factors which can delay this. For further information please see our pre-orders policy.

Online Order Cancellations

If you have submitted an order and received a confirmation email from Manchester Factory and you wish to cancel your order please email Please title the email as "Urgent Cancellation" so it is not missed. If cancellation email is not received by 7.00am day of dispatch order may not be cancelled.
