Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Returns Policy

We at Manchester Factory are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however if you require an exchange or refund then please read the following for more information:

We are happy to accept exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please note we will not refund for a change of mind. 

Due to OH&S Regulations items such as Pillows, Quilts, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers, Blankets and Under blankets can’t be exchanged.

Exchanges Online

Manchester Factory are more than happy to exchange your goods. To ensure the exchange goes smoothly please contact us so that we can step you through the process and also to provide you with an RA number to place on your returns and exchange form.

All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, this means all packaging and labels must be attached. Failure to comply by this will result on the goods being returned  to you and no refund will be provided.

You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us, we do recommend that you use the registered post option as Manchester Factory will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.

Postage charges on returns are not refundable.

Steps for exchange:
1. Place and pay for a new order on the website to secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.
2. Send back the items you are exchanging with the exchange/return form filling it in with the RA number provided.
3. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and process a refund for them.

Exchanges In-Store

Manchester Factory are more than happy to exchange your goods within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the exchanged goods are in their original packaging, unopened and unused. When goods are exchanged please also ensure that you also have the original receipt.

We will not accept exchange if the original packaging is damaged, if the goods have been washed or used and you can't present the original purchase receipt.

Order Cancellations

If you have submitted an order and received a confirmation email from Manchester Factory and you wish to cancel your order please email speaktous@manchesterfactory.com.au. Please title the email as "Urgent Cancellation" so it is not missed. If cancellation email is not received by 8.30am day of dispatch order may not be cancelled. 

To return a unwanted order please contact our Customer service team speaktous@manchesterfactory.com.au.

Please note that our OH&S returns policy will apply to unwanted orders and may not be returned. 

Faulty Goods?

Every order is inspected by our QA Department before it leaves our Warehouse, this is to ensure you receive product in good condition. If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us. Please note that Faulty goods should be returned within in 30 days of purchased.

If there is a manufacture fault or the goods are damaged we will refund the purchase price of the goods excluding postage to the purchase payment method.
