First use
1. Wipe down the dri-stone sink caddy with a wet sponge or running water to remove excess manufacturing dust. Let dri-stone sink caddy dry naturally.
Warning: liquid containing colours may leave stains and may be difficult to remove.
2. Place the non-slip pads underneath the dri-stone sink caddy to ensure it does not move on existing slippery floor surfaces.
3. Make sure to place the dri-stone sink caddy on a flat surface when using.
Warning: dri-stone sink caddy is fragile. Avoid putting in contact with hard objects.
Maintenance
• if the absorbency of the dri-stone sink caddy has decreased, gently buff up the surface with sandpaper to restore its absorbent properties.
• if the dri-stone sink caddy becomes misshaped or the water is absorbed unevenly, place the other side down to bring back the original shape.
• when the dri-stone sink caddy starts to look grubby from dust or dirt
(approx. 3 to 6 months) wipe or wash marks from the surface with water and a sponge or a non scratch scourer.
• all cleaning needs to be done while the dri-stone sink caddy is wet, Therefore place the dri-stone sink caddy into a shower base, bathtub, laundry trough or outside in a bucket.
• rinse thoroughly afterwards. Stand up to dry via evaporation
• should water get underneath your dri-stone sink caddy, ensure the dri-stone sink caddy is stood up to enable water to evaporate from underneath.
Warning: our dri-stone sink caddy is made from highly absorbent materials and can stain if tea, coffee, wine or any coloured liquid spill onto them.
