This company wins the prize for excellent service. Unfortunately, the product supplied was faulty (not the fault of this company), but the company pulled out all stops to rectify the situation. Communication was excellent and it is quite apparent that this company holds the customer in high regard.
The electric blanket is good quality, love the quilted cover, it fits onto the mattress nice and tight, and great having the dual zone temperature settings, nice to warm cold feet when you get into bed.. Only
complaint is that the controller would be better with a memory, a bit annoying having to reset it every night.
The electric blanket has the multizone and timer function as well as left or right remote control location choice for long single size (you have to choose the side you want when buying the product), which works perfectly for our king split bed. Will buy another one for the other half of our bed!
