Well this is definitely not a fairy tale and despite some reviews I still expected to feel the coils underneath the wool topper and sheets. I have a thin frame and I wasn’t a believer until now. Great nights sleep. Love the multi zones so i can be toasty warm even when my husband needs are not the same! The ability to wash the topper is fantastic and it was delivered so quickly. I am so impressed.. thank you the best buy! .

Fast and safe delivery, easy to use, super comfy and very warm. Slow to heat up when set to the longer hours, i was worried it wouldn’t be warm enough. I get very cold but had to turn the heat setting down to 7 because 9 was too toasty. The timer can go up to a maximum of 12hours and the controls also have an added manual off switch, despite automatically turning itself off after the timers end. Very happy with the purchase, would highly recomend and repurchase.
