These terms and conditions apply to The Great Comfort Sale (“the Sale”) hosted by Manchester Factory and available on manchesterfactory.com.au. By participating in the Sale, you agree to the following terms:
1. Sale Period
The Sale begins at 7 pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 6 November 2025 and runs for 12 days, ending at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 17 November 2025.
The deepest discounts are available only during the first 24 hours, ending at 7 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 7 November 2025.
2. Discounts and Pricing
- Discounts are available sitewide, with selected products discounted up to 52% off.
- Not all products will be discounted to the same percentage. The final sale price for each product is displayed on its product page.
- Prices and offers may change at any time during the Sale.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout — no discount codes or additional promotions can be used.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Deepest Discounts – First 24 Hours
The largest discounts are available in the first 24 hours of the Sale. After 7 pm (AEST) on 7 November, prices on selected products will increase, and those initial discounts will no longer apply. Once the 24-hour period ends, these offers cannot be extended, matched, or honoured.
4. New Product Releases
- New and limited-edition products will be released throughout the 12-day Sale period.
- Each new release may include a special introductory discount available for a short time (typically 24 to 48 hours) before reverting to full price.
- Availability is limited, and these discounts are strictly time-sensitive.
5. Stock Availability
- All Sale items are available while stocks last.
- No rain checks, backorders, or holds will be issued for sold-out products.
- Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock — products are only secured once payment is completed at checkout.
6. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made during The Great Comfort Sale are considered final sale. This means:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for change of mind, colour, or size.
- Please ensure all product information, sizes, and colours are reviewed before completing your purchase.
- Faulty or damaged items will continue to be covered under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Orders can be amended or cancelled within one hour of purchase using the link provided at checkout.
- After this time, orders begin processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Manchester Factory reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
8. Dispatch and Delivery
- Most orders are dispatched the next business day.
- Some products may be fulfilled from third-party warehouses and take 1–3 business days to dispatch.

9. Exclusions
- Gift cards, custom orders, and previously purchased items are excluded from the Sale.
- Sale prices cannot be applied to past purchases or combined with other offers, vouchers, or discount codes.
10. Errors and Omissions
Manchester Factory reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or technical errors and to update, withdraw, or modify offers at any time without prior notice.
